ANNUITY SALES CONSULTANT/RECRUITER
Department:
Sales
Job Summary:
To recruit new agents using InsurMark product and services at a level consistent with goals indicated in compensation plan and to work effectively as a member of the InsurMark Sales team. This position is required in order to move to the Sales Consultant position.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
- Recruit quality producers over the phone
- Consistently make quota
- Ensure all licensing and contracting issues are resolved
- Promote attendance at InsurMark events
- Develop effective relationships with administrative staff
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge
- Work effectively as a member of the InsurMark Team
- Support InsurMark Core Values
Job Requirements:
- Successful track record in quota achievement
- Excellent telephone skills
- Product knowledge in the insurance industry
- Ability to work effectively as a team
- Some traveling is required
- Ability to work on 100% Commission (Recoverable Draw)
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Enthusiastic
Minimum Educational Requirements:
- College Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
