Pam joined InsurMark in 2005. She handles new annuity business from the time of application to policy issue, as well as policy service and agent contracting. Hate paperwork? Pam will take that bothersome function off your hands completely, allowing you to focus on increasing your business while you remain confident that the back-office side of your business is being handled quickly and efficiently. Pam was named InsurMark’s 2011 Administrative Employee of the Year and became a vice president in 2014. She hires and trains our miraculous team of app processors that performs at peak efficiency and amazing accuracy. A native of South Carolina, Pamela graduated from Argosy University with a degree in psychology. Her husband serves in the U.S. Army, she enjoys karaoke with friends, and dreams of traveling to Paris to use her French language skills, which she has studied for years. “Customer service” should be Katy’s middle name. For nearly 20 years before joining InsurMark, she made clients happy on a daily basis, both in retail and in financial services. And she continues to do so here at InsurMark. “I process advisors’ annuity applications, follow-up on transfers and service requests, provide illustrations, and do anything else an advisor may need to make his/her life easier,” Katy said. Toyan is one of InsurMark’s “keys to success” when it comes to processing annuity applications swiftly and accurately. She is an expert at scrubbing and submitting applications so that they are received by the carrier in good order.  She also runs illustrations and follows-up on policy service requests.  What an asset she is, both to our advisors, and to our carriers. Kayla RobledoKayla Robledo

Kayla describes her role as a “middle man (woman),” negotiating with advisors and their clients to ensure that everyone gets what they need, and that the client’s financial security and stability is enhanced.

“I’m committed to my advisors 100 percent. My mission is to do whatever I can to help them and their clients, alike. Whether it’s calling carriers or vendors or whatever, I will get questions answered and forms submitted. Count on it.”

Kayla’s background in heavy data entry and customer service has made her a pro at finding the answers to advisor and client questions. She graduated from the Westchester Academy for International Studies in Houston and is pursuing her bachelor’s degree in nursing.

When Kayla’s not working, she enjoys softball, cooking, baking and watching the Houston Rockets.

With a strong background in insurance underwriting, Maria brings valuable experience and an upbeat personality to her role at InsurMark. She also has a bachelor’s degree in general studies—and an MBA—and is bilingual in Spanish. Maria is responsible for shepherding new applications from the entry date through policy placement. Felicia assists advisors by helping to get policies turned around in a prompt, timely, accurate manner. Her eagle-eye and professional experience help her screen for accuracy as she works with advisors and a high level of productivity on a day-to-day basis. She has over 20 years of financial and management experience, of which eleven were spent servicing immediate, deferred, and variable annuities. Her commitment: “Relationship-building is most important to any business and I always strive to make customer service my priority.” A native Houstonian, Felicia graduated from Texas Southern University with a major in business administration. Felicia thoroughly enjoys event planning, traveling and community work. Binh has a full plate: assists advisors with presale case design, researching all opportunities and giving advisors multiple options for their clients. He works closely with advisors and insurance carriers in providing basic and customized life insurance quotes and proposals. He has been in the insurance industry since 2002. His commitment: “Having been a field agent in the past; I understand the importance of having the right tools in order to make appropriate and suitable recommendations. My goal is to provide the illustrations and forms needed and to perform health risk assessments for clients. Think of me as an extension of our advisor’s practice.” After graduating from Kansas State University with a degree in marketing, Binh moved to California and now resides permanently in Houston, Texas. Kathey assists advisors by processing and following up on contracts. She ensures that appointment requests are processed in a timely manner and meets fast-paced deadlines. Kathey responds and assists advisors, always striving to provide excellent service. As 2014 Employee of the Year, Aaron is one of those rare individuals who excels at sifting through details and making sure things are completed meticulously. Originally from Katy, Texas, Aaron graduated high school early, and attended Abilene Christian University to earn a degree in business management.
